1. How can I check the status of my order?

2. What are your shipping charges? Do you offer FREE shipping? 

A:

Free Shipping on orders over $129

Ground Service on order value $0 - $50: $10.49

Ground Service on order value $50.01-$128.99: $13.99

*A $10 oversize charge applies to a few very large items

 

 

 

3. Do you offer expedited shipping ?

A: We do offer Overnight Shipping at an additional charge.   Orders must be entered by 2:00 PM EST to qualify for same day shipping.   Orders entered after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day

5. Will I have to pay sales tax?

A: We collect and submit taxes on all orders shipped to Colorado and Michigan. All other states customers are required to submit their Use and Sale Tax

7. What is your return policy? Need to return an item?

A: Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. See our complete return policy here:
